Pandemic: Hot Zone is a streamlined version of the original game designed for quicker sessions. Players still work cooperatively to contain outbreaks and discover cures, but on a smaller map with faster gameplay. The compact format keeps the tension high while reducing playtime. It is a great introduction to the Pandemic system.
